Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Introduction

This Returns & Refunds Policy explains the conditions under which products purchased from Centrade Technology may be returned or refunded. This policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


2. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return or refund under the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival

  • The product received is incorrect

  • The product is faulty or defective

Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.


3. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and manuals are included

  • The product is suitable for resale

Change-of-mind returns may be subject to a restocking fee where applicable.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Software and digital products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products not in original condition


5. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must:

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, faulty, or incorrect item), Centrade Technology will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


7. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days using the original payment method.


8. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or alternative solution will be offered.


9. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for major failures, and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
